3、 Membership level management

3.1 Membership Management

1) Membership validity period

From June 1st of that year to May 31st of the following year (if a new member/membership upgrade occurs before January 1st of that year, the membership validity period shall be calculated based on the current year, that is, the validity period shall be until May 31st of that year; if it occurs after January 1st of that year, the membership validity period shall be valid for both the current year and the following year).

2) Membership card upgrade

If the accumulated consumption of a member reaches a higher level card, the remaining points in the membership card can be fully extended to the next membership period after upgrading.

3) Membership card renewal

REINA MORA members, during the validity period of their membership, can successfully renew their membership by accumulating the corresponding membership amount (excluding the current membership amount), in addition to card opening expenses. If there is insufficient or no consumption during the validity period of the membership, it is considered as giving up the membership of the current level and only retaining the membership corresponding to the consumption (regular membership membership is permanently valid).

4) Reporting loss, reissuing and changing documents

Member membership is associated with a member's mobile phone number. If there is a change in membership information (such as a change in binding phone number), a valid identification document must be brought to any REINA MORA jewelry store or changed through telephone customer service.
